Our recorded Spanish courses offer a gentle, thoughtfully sequenced path for learning Spanish, rooted in Charlotte Mason principles and designed for homeschool families seeking a living, meaningful approach to foreign language study.

From early listening and speaking to reading and gentle grammar, each level builds naturally upon the last—always honoring short lessons, attention, and steady progress.

These courses are recording-only and allow families to learn with flexibility, without the pressure of live classes. When you purchase a course you obtain lifetime access to the online videos.

All courses include the pdf files of the student books. 

A Living Pathway Through Spanish

  • Spanish 1 & 2 focus on listening, speaking, and natural language acquisition through songs, stories, poems, games, and gentle conversation.
  • Spanish 3 introduces reading in Spanish using our carefully translated and adapted McGuffey primer, allowing students to begin reading with confidence.
  • Spanish 4 adds gentle grammar instruction through our adaptation of Otto Siepmann’s Primary French Course, following the method historically used in Charlotte Mason schools, and students start reading authentic literature. 
  • Spanish 5-12 continues the study of grammar through living stories and narration, alongside grammar exercises, while students continue reading Spanish literature and narrating in Spanish.

Each level is designed to prepare students for the next, without rushing or overwhelming the learner.

Choosing the right level

If your child is starting as a beginner and is older than 6, this chart can give you a general idea of placement. However, please feel free to reach out—we are always happy to help you find the best fit for your child.

This program is designed as a 12-level course, intended to guide a student from 1st through 12th grade. We are building it step by step, releasing and developing one new level each year.

Beginning in Level 4, students are introduced to grammar. Because of this, students cannot typically enter as beginners at Level 5 or higher. If your child has prior experience with grammar, please contact us and we will gladly help you determine the most appropriate level.
